My story
About Henry’s Woodbear
Hi, I’m Henry.
For most of my life, I worked in an industry that left me with very little time for the thing I truly loved: woodcarving.
Woodworking has always had a special place in my heart. It was a hobby I shared with my father many years ago, and some of my fondest memories come from those days spent creating things with our hands.
Now that I’m retired, I finally have the time to return to it.
Money is a little tight, so I decided to turn my passion into something more. I started making these little wooden bears by hand, each one made with care and a lot of patience.
At first, I never imagined selling them. It was simply something I enjoyed doing. But my niece kept encouraging me to share my creations with more people, and eventually, she convinced me to give it a try.
So I built this little shop myself.
Everything you see here comes from a lot of time, effort, and heart. From carving each little bear to creating this website, I’ve put my own hands into every part of this journey.
These bears may be small, but they mean a lot to me. They represent a passion I thought I had left behind, a connection to my father, and a new chapter of my life.
I hope you’ll appreciate them as much as I enjoy making them.
Thank you for stopping by and supporting my little workshop.
